At Aroeve, we want you to breathe easy and be completely satisfied with your home environment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Aroeve device in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, power cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
